I'm a math nerd, dancer, and a working mom of 3. I have a busy full life with a job and a home to manage and a family to care for. I used to feel overwhelmed by all the things I had to do. I felt like I was constantly dealing with the day to day and couldn't figure out how to get to the life I wanted. It felt like I was treading water but not going anywhere.
But, over the years I've figured out how to truly enjoy the life I have while making progress toward the life I want.
I have found a way stop the overwhelm and I am passionate about helping others do the same.
Who is this course for?
This course is for all moms everywhere. No matter where you are in your moming journey, this course can help you tackle that thing that seems just out of reach. That thing making you feel anxious or depressed or like you aren't succeeding as a mom.
How is this different from other programs?
This course will allow you to jump-start the process of taking back control of your days. You don't have just accept that this is how life is. Change is possible and this course will help you do it.
Is your goal to lose weight, take control of your finances, or just manage your home? You may have tried before using different programs and seen other people have success while you fail.
The problem is that your brain is different after having kids. Mom brain is real! In fact MRIs have been done showing that a woman's grey matter shrinks after having kids.
This means that things that work for other people may not work for you. You have to tackle things differently. Work with your mom brain instead of trying to ignore it. This course helps you do just that.
Change starts from the inside out. You can be fully aware of how to eat healthy (eat lots of veggies, healthy fats and healthy proteins) but that knowledge isn't enough. Clearly, or else everyone would be eating healthy.
The same is true for making any change in life, you can want it and you can know the steps it takes to do it, but until you change your mindset, nothing will happen.
That is what this course sets out to do.

Emily is a busy wife and mom who works full time and is the blogger behind The Multitasking Mom. She has three kids, a handsome hubby, and a series of pets that come in and out of the household. In addition, she teaches at a dance school, just completed her Masters degree in Mathematics, and was National Mrs. New York 2015.
